Leslie Crocker

I’ve always had a deep love for animals and a dream to work in the animal care field. After being laid off during the pandemic, I found myself with the time to seriously consider what I wanted my future to look like. It was then that I decided to finally live my dream. In January of 2022, I enrolled in the Sheridan College Animal Care program, and by August, I graduated with honours. Now, I’m doing what I’ve always dreamed of.

I proudly embrace the title of “Crazy cat lady,” with my home bustling with the presence of five cats: Mojo, Indie, Tiva, Blaze, and Vader. Despite the feline crowd, there’s also space in my life for my husband, my son and his wife, and their beautiful baby girl.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, tending to my garden, and most importantly, spending time with my family.
